In today’s era of spatial rejuvenation, we merged Magic Leap 2’s AR platform, NVIDIA’s Omniverse remote rendering, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT into a real-time architectural visualization solution. By offloading intensive computing to the cloud, we seamlessly streamed 6GB of geometry wirelessly to Magic Leap’s hardware, rendering vibrant city blocks complete with moving cars, birds, and even a hot air balloon—all in real-time raytraced detail. ChatGPT functionality enabled users to generate buildings and city layouts via simple text prompts, matching them against a robust library of assets. Debuting at the AWE conference in Silicon Valley, this groundbreaking synergy of AR, AI, and cloud rendering offers a new frontier for spatial design - freeing creators to imagine and iterate on complex environments without traditional hardware constraints.
